The Ma Petite Corée team is doing everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible. The order preparation time is 1 to 4 business days, depending on the items ordered and their availability. Please note that the delivery time does not include the order preparation time.

During high demand periods (such as Christmas, Chuseok, Seollal, Black Friday, etc.), our preparation times may be extended by a few days.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier and the destination country. Here are the average times for our main carriers:

K-Packet: 5 to 14 business days after shipping.

DHL Express: 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

For deliveries via K-Packet, unfortunately, we have no visibility on the package once it has been shipped; we can only open an investigation, which may take several months to resolve.

To benefit from free shipping on Ma Petite Corée, simply place an order with a total amount exceeding €250.00 (excluding discount coupons) for delivery via K-Packet if you are in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, or Cyprus.

For DHL delivery in these same countries, the minimum amount is €300.00.

For the rest of Europe, only DHL delivery is currently available.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these customs procedures and cannot cover customs fees on behalf of our customers.

Customs fees depend on your country of residence and its import policies. Here is what you need to know:

Deliveries to the European Union (EU): Orders shipped from Korea to Europe may be subject to customs fees and import VAT, according to the regulations in your country. These fees are not included in the price of your order and are your responsibility.
Deliveries outside the EU: Local taxes and customs fees may also apply depending on the regulations of your country of residence.
We recommend that our customers check their country’s import policies before placing an order to avoid any surprises.

We only offer subscriptions of 3, 6, or 12 months, or a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. It is not possible to order individual boxes.

If you choose a monthly subscription, you will receive the box for the current month.

Starting from the 1st of the following month, you will automatically receive the box for the next month.
