If your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting your local post office first, as they can provide the most accurate information about your delivery.
For deliveries via K-Packet, unfortunately, we have no visibility on the package once it has been shipped; we can only open an investigation, which may take several months to resolve.
If the issue is not resolved within 30 days from the order date, we may consider a refund.
Documents recommended for the refund:
Proof of contact with your postal service
Photocopy of an identity document
Signed declaration confirming non-receipt of the package (mandatory).
