We now deliver with K-Packet, DHL, ARAMEX ....
✨ Korea Post's K-Packet is making a big comeback on Ma Petite Corée! You can now enjoy delivery to France starting from €4.90. The delivery cost varies depending on the weight of your package.
💝 All MPC orders include small goodies and gifts: our priority is to make you happy!
⏳ Estimated delivery time:
DHL: about one week after shipping.
Package shipment: within 3 to 10 days after payment is received (this may take longer depending on the number of items ordered).
KPACKET = 5 to 10 days
📦 Order Tracking
All our packages have a real-time tracking code, which will be sent to you by email and will also be available in your MPC account.
🚚 In case of delivery issues, your direct contact is FedEx France or your local post office, as once the package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over it.
📌 Important Note
Delivery times may be extended during the preparation period of the K-Beauty Box (mid/end of the month).
To reduce our carbon footprint, orders containing a K-Beauty Box subscription are shipped all at once.
⚠️ Customs Fees and VAT
Since the introduction of the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system, we have an IOSS number: IM5280003650, which allows us to collect VAT and remit it monthly to the European Union.
However, errors can still occur, and some packages may be subject to customs fees despite our registration.
➡️ If you receive a customs fee request, we invite you to contact DHL directly.
❗ Please note that:
All fees incurred are beyond our control and are the buyer’s responsibility.
No refunds will be made for customs fees.
Some countries are more sensitive to customs checks, so we recommend checking before placing any order.
We have suspended delivery to Spain due to numerous customs fees reported by our customers.
❗ Refusal of customs fees or non-collection of the package
If you refuse to pay customs fees, do not collect the package, or if customs clearance fails, the package may be returned to our Seoul offices or destroyed by customs.
In this case, customs and delivery fees are never refunded. The product price can only be refunded if the package is physically returned to us in good condition, after deducting the initial delivery fees, return fees, and any customs clearance or destruction fees.
If the package is destroyed by customs or lost during return, no refund can be made.
Reshipping is possible subject to prior payment of new delivery fees and incurred return fees.

Orders can take between 1 and 4 business days before being shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is ready.

Your order may experience a slight delay due to high demand or because the product you ordered is particularly popular. Restocking may therefore take a little longer, especially for certain items such as lightsticks, albums, or Rejuran and Foodology products.
If we have not contacted you yet, it means there is no problem with your order: you just need to be patient. We are a small team doing our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If any issue arises, rest assured that we will contact you immediately.

If your package has just been shipped with K Post, you need to wait for the Korean postal service to collect the package. Tracking information is usually available 1 day after shipping.
You can check your package directly on the local postal service's website.
- If the tracking shows no updates or if your package seems lost, first contact the local post office to verify.
- If after 14 days the package has still not been received, contact us so that we can open an investigation with the Korean postal service. Please provide proof that you have tried to contact the local post office, preferably.
We do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
If your KPacket package seems stuck before 14 days, we recommend waiting a little longer. You can also contact the local postal service for more information about your package.
If your package was shipped via DHL, contact DHL in your country to check the tracking. Then, contact us so we can reach out to DHL Korea to resolve the issue quickly.

For DHL, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after the shipment of the package and once you have received the shipping notification, not from the order date. We do everything possible to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
If your package is marked "delivered" on the website of your local postal service (La Poste in France, DHL in Germany, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.), you should contact your local post office to find out where your package is. The package may have been handed to a neighbor, left at a nearby drop-off point, or held by the mail carrier for some reason.
If your post office cannot locate the package, please get back to us so we can find a solution together.
We recommend that you request written proof of your contact with the postal service to facilitate any refund process if necessary.
Before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with your new address so we can update it in time.
Once the package is shipped via K-Packet, we cannot change the address. You will need to contact your local post office to see if it is possible to retrieve or redirect the package.
If your package is shipped via DHL, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update the address before shipping.
