Electronic devices

Devices containing a lithium battery — MEDICUBE Age-R, LED masks, high-frequency devices — cannot travel by airmail. They ship exclusively via DHL Express, at a rate that reflects the carrier's dangerous-goods surcharge. If your order contains both such a device and other items, separate shipping fees may apply.

Handling times

Your orders are packed and shipped within 24 to 96 business hours after payment is validated. This window can be longer during K-Beauty Box preparation periods, in the middle and at the end of the month. To reduce our carbon footprint, orders containing a K-Beauty Box subscription ship in a single delivery.

All our shipments come with a tracking number, sent by email and available in your MPC account.

Customs & VAT

We hold an IOSS number — IM5280003650 — that lets us collect VAT and remit it monthly to the European Union. Errors remain possible, however, and some parcels may still be charged fees despite our registration.

If you receive a request for customs fees, contact the carrier directly. These charges are outside our control and remain the buyer's responsibility; no refund will be issued for them. Some countries handle customs controls more strictly than others, so we recommend checking before ordering.

Shipping to Spain remains suspended because of the many customs charges reported by our customers. The full terms are set out in our shipping policy.
