If your package was shipped via K-Packet, we cannot stop the return once it is in progress.

The only official notification of delivery is when your package is marked “delivered” on the corresponding tracking website (DHL, La Poste or Royal Mail).

If your package is marked "delivered" on your local postal service's website (La Poste in France, DHL in Germany, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.), you should contact your local post office to find out where your package is. The package may have been handed to a neighbor, left at a nearby drop-off point, or held by the mail carrier for some reason.

If your post office cannot locate the package, please get back to us so we can find a solution together.

We recommend that you request written proof of your contact with the postal service to facilitate any refund process if necessary.

If your package is shipped via K-Packet, please wait 14 business days after shipping (not the order date) before contacting us. After this period, we can open an investigation.

Once the package is shipped, we do not have the ability to contact postal services directly. For immediate information, you can contact your local post office.

You can also check the storage location directly on the La Poste website or the relevant postal service to find out where to pick up your package.

If your package is shipped via DHL, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update the address before shipping.

Before paying anything, make sure to verify the sender requesting these fees. Our products and shipments normally do not incur customs fees.

However, if customs hold your package for a random inspection, we cannot pay these fees on your behalf or reimburse them. Therefore, make sure that any payment request comes from the official carrier's address.
