Which VT product should I start with?
If you’re new, start with Reedle Shot 100 (the mildest intensity) or the Cica Daily Soothing Mask to try the brand risk-free. Reedle Shot 300 or 700 requires some experience and should be used as a treatment 2 to 3 times per week maximum.
What exactly is Reedle Shot?
A serum containing natural freshwater sponge spicules (Spongilla spicules). These are microscopic biodegradable needles that penetrate the stratum corneum upon application, creating micro-channels that boost active ingredient absorption and stimulate cell renewal. A normal “tingling” sensation lasts a few minutes.
Reedle Shot 100, 300, 700: what’s the difference?
The number corresponds to the intensity (concentration of spicules). 100 = beginner, sensitive skin or first-time users. 300 = medium intensity, regular use. 700/900/1500/2000 = high intensity, for skin accustomed to targeted treatments. Always start low and increase gradually.
Which other active ingredients is Reedle Shot compatible with?
Reedle Shot boosts absorption: it works great with gentle moisturizers (hyaluronic acid, panthenol) and peptides. Avoid using it the same evening as strong acids (strong AHA/BHA, pure retinol) which could cause irritation. Be sure to moisturize well afterward and always apply SPF the next day.
How long before seeing results?
With Cica, soothing is visible within a few days. With Reedle Shot, the texture refines after 2 to 4 weeks of regular use (2-3 times per week). With PDRN, radiance and plumping appear in 4 to 6 weeks.
