A group born from Nizi Project

NEXZ came out of season 2 of Nizi Project, the show by JYP Entertainment and Sony Music that had already produced NiziU. The group's name blends “Next” and “Z”, for Generation Z. Tomoya is the leader. The members take part in the songwriting: on SAUCIN', Tomoya, Haru and Hyui wrote “APPETITE”, and Tomoya wrote and composed “20 NOW”.

The official NEXZ lightstick

The NEXZ lightstick (NEXZ Official Light Stick) was unveiled by JYP Entertainment in May 2025. It is what NEX2Y bring to concerts and fan meetings. Before a show, take a look at our Kpop Calendar, and find other groups in the lightstick collection.
