IU discography

IU has five studio albums: Growing Up (2009), Last Fantasy (2011), Modern Times (2013), Palette (2017) and Lilac (2021, with “Celebrity” and “Lilac”). Among her mini albums, the ones to know are Real (2010) and its hit “Good Day”, Chat-Shire (2015), Love Poem (2019, “Blueming”), then The Winning, released on February 20, 2024 with “Love wins all”, “Holssi” and “Shopper”.

In 2025 she released the cover album A Flower Bookmark 3 (May 27, “Never Ending Story”) and the single “Bye, Summer”. Her latest release came out on September 10, 2026: the digital single “From This Star”, paired with “Dear my crazy soulmate”. Both tracks have been announced as previews of her sixth studio album, which has no release date yet.

IU, a solo career since 2008

Unlike many K-pop artists, IU did not come from a group: she has sung solo since her debut and writes a large share of her own lyrics. She also has an acting career, including the series When Life Gives You Tangerines (2025). In September 2025, for the 17th anniversary of her debut, she opened the Found at Eight pop-up in Seoul: that is where the plushies and keyrings you find here come from. The official IU lightstick: I-KE

The IU lightstick is called I-KE, a blend of “IU” and “mike”: it is shaped like a microphone. Ver.3, released in 2022, has a white handle with a purple band and runs on batteries. You will find it here with the official lightstick keychain, armband and pouch. Before a show, take a look at our Kpop Calendar, and find other artists in the lightstick collection.
