Average delivery time is one week (Fedex Express) from dispatch.
All our packages have a real-time tracking code that will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. It will also be available on your MPC account. In case of delivery problems, your direct contact is FEDEX France or the local post because once the package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over it. Packages are generally shipped between 3 and 10 days after receipt of payment.
It may take longer depending on the products in your order. You will understand that an order of 20 different products takes more time to prepare.
Please note: The deadlines may be extended during the preparation period for the KBeauty Boxes (mid/end of the month).
In order to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible, orders placed with a KBeauty Box subscription are sent at the same time.
Regarding customs fees, we have a number IOSS:IM5280003650 which allows us to collect VAT and remit it to Europe every month. However, errors are still made, which is why in the event of a request for customs fees, we invite you to contact Fedex directly and provide our IOSS number.
You will understand that all costs incurred are beyond our control and therefore the responsibility of the buyer. No refund will be made in case of customs fees.
Following the numerous returns of customs fees for certain countries, we have decided to suspend delivery for Reunion Island and Spain. Some countries are more sensitive to customs, we invite you to inquire beforehand.
