Are the lightsticks and other products on the site official products?
Yes, yes and yes. We only sell official products. Having been based in Korea for over 5 years, we are fortunate to work directly with most suppliers. Don't worry.
Can you send me products to test them and talk about them on my blog?
If you are a blogger or youtuber, we can establish a partnership between your blog and our site through our Ambassador program. You can contact us on our social networks, we will take your application. We then reflect with our team before making a decision.
Why is the grass green?
I am interested in a product but it is out of stock. How to do ?
First, if this is the case, please accept our apologies.
Then, we renew our catalog every weekend and it is possible that in the meantime a product goes out of stock without us being able to obtain this product again quickly.
We strive for this to happen as little as possible. However, being in direct contact with our local suppliers, we restock as quickly as possible. In addition, if a product is no longer available for a long time, we undertake to remove it from our catalog.
I want to buy a product that does not appear on your site. How to do ?
You can at any time suggest a product that we do not yet offer.
We strongly encourage you to do so.
We do our best to offer you a catalog that is as rich as it is varied. To do this, you can either go through the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of the home page, or when placing your order by answering in the appropriate section. Please give the exact name of the product you are looking for as well as its brand. Please also leave us your E-mail so that we can contact you as soon as we are able to add it to our catalog.

How to get the composition in English/French
Our skincare expert remains available via Facebook or Instagram to answer any questions about the composition of a product! Just contact us on our social networks with the product in question, we will respond within a few hours!
A product is missing from my order, what should I do?
In case of missing product, please contact us directly on our customer service address firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete information. We will follow our policy which is to refund the missing product. We do not send the missing product, except if you are subscribed to the monthly box, the product will be slipped in.
I placed an order 3 days ago, but its status says "unprocessed". Is there a problem?
Orders are generally shipped between 3 and 10 days after payment is received.
When you place an order, we first purchase the product from our official suppliers. We may be waiting for this product to be delivered to our Seoul office.
However, please rest assured that once received, we will ship it immediately.
How much are the shipping costs for an order?
With the pandemic crisis that has blocked international postal activity since 2020, we now have a partnership with FEDEX Express. The costs are from 12.90 euros, guaranteed delivery in less than a week from the carrier (after processing your order). The costs vary according to the estimated weight. Be aware that MPC bears part of the shipping costs.
* as an indication, a 500g express package costs us 19 euros minimum.
What do the shipping costs for my order include?
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping costs.
To minimize shipping costs, we strongly advise you to group your purchases in a single order.
Unfortunately, we cannot combine two different orders and if this is the case, you will have to pay the postage costs twice. For monthly boxes, the costs are already included in the price of the box. For any additional purchase of products during registration, shipping costs are added for this or these products in question.
What are the delivery times ?
COVID-19: Orders are delivered on average in 3 to 10 days with FEDEX Express.
Our order preparation time can be up to one week after receipt of payment. If the deadlines are exceeded, it means that we have a product out of stock, and we are doing our best to get it!
We present to you in advance all our apologies for this potential additional time; If this happens but we will compensate for the wait by additional samples.
We do our best to reduce the wait as much as possible!
What is the cost of delivery ?
Shipping costs depend on both your delivery address and the shipping method chosen (Standard Delivery (K-packet), DHL Express or FedEx Express).
For the K-packet: a minimum charge of 9.90 euros is applied. However, any order over 150 EUR receives free delivery.
For orders with multiple items, the cost is determined based on the total weight. You can consult the exact amount of shipping costs when validating your basket.
Express delivery is free from 200 euros of purchase and varies depending on the country of receipt.
Why does the name of the product I ordered differ from that indicated in the mail?
This is often due to a name change to facilitate international shipping. Don't worry, your package is on its way and will arrive at your home shortly!
I ordered the K-beauty box but I have not yet received my product.
K-beauty box shipments are usually made in the last week of each month, while payments are made at the beginning of the month.
My package was returned to Korea due to an address error.
If you would like us to reship the package to the correct address, contact us at email@example.com. You will be charged a fee of 9.90 euros.
Once these charges are paid, we will re-ship the package to the corrected address.
If you choose not to receive the package, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned package, with the return shipping costs issued by Korea Post/DHL deducted.

Return costs are your responsibility. After receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a refund.
Following the July 2021 directive on VAT outside the EU, each Ma Petite Korea order is subject to VAT.
From now on, all our prices are inclusive of VAT on our site so as not to have any unpleasant surprises upon receipt of your order and to be in compliance with European laws. (IOSS: IM5280003650)
The team is also improving the KPoints system by going from 1 euro = 10 KPoints to 20 KPoints per euro spent. A quick way to get discounts on future MPC orders.

How do I view my K-points?
You can check your K-points at checkout and use them as an option when finalizing your order.
How do I use my K-points?
1. Click on the “Blue Gift” icon at the bottom left of the main page.
2. Select "How to Redeem Points". If your balance exceeds 200 K-points, a “redeem” button will appear.
3. Click the “redeem” icon to convert your points into cashback.
4. Copy the generated code and use it during checkout, or click on the "apply" icon for the discount to be applied directly.
- Only one promo code can be used per order.
- It is advisable to convert your K-points just before placing an order. If you want to use the discount later, don't forget to save the code.
I can't enter my address on the site.
If you encounter this problem, here are some suggestions:
