If your package has just been shipped with K Post, you need to wait for the Korean postal service to collect the package. Tracking information is usually available 1 day after shipping.
You can check your package directly on the local postal service's website.
- If the tracking shows no updates or if your package seems lost, first contact the local post office to verify.
- If after 14 days the package has still not been received, contact us so that we can open an investigation with the Korean postal service. Please provide proof that you have tried to contact the local post office, preferably.
We do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
If your KPacket package seems stuck before 14 days, we recommend waiting a little longer. You can also contact the local postal service for more information about your package.
If your package was shipped via DHL, contact DHL in your country to check the tracking. Then, contact us so we can reach out to DHL Korea to resolve the issue quickly.

For DHL, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after the shipment of the package and once you have received the shipping notification, not from the order date. We do everything possible to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
If your package is marked "delivered" on the website of your local postal service (La Poste in France, DHL in Germany, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.), you should contact your local post office to find out where your package is. The package may have been handed to a neighbor, left at a nearby drop-off point, or held by the mail carrier for some reason.
If your post office cannot locate the package, please get back to us so we can find a solution together.
We recommend that you request written proof of your contact with the postal service to facilitate any refund process if necessary.
Before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with your new address so we can update it in time.
Once the package is shipped via K-Packet, we cannot change the address. You will need to contact your local post office to see if it is possible to retrieve or redirect the package.
If your package is shipped via DHL, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update the address before shipping.
