How to use it
Extend the tip by rotating the pen base. Draw a fine line along the upper lash line, in the eye crease or under the eye depending on the desired effect. Flip the pen and run the smudger applicator over the line with small motions while the product is still fresh. Layer a second shade if you want a more contrasted gradient. Close the cap after use to protect the tip.
