Artclass Smudging Edge Eyeliner: the dual-ended korean eyeliner pencil
This korean eyeliner pencil by TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL combines an ultra-fine tip with a built-in smudger. You draw a clean line along the lash line, then blur it with the slanted applicator for a velvety smoky finish, with no brush and no complicated technique.

How to use it
Twist up the tip, then draw your line starting from the outer corner towards the centre of the lid. Go over it with small strokes to build up the line if needed. Turn the pencil around and blur the line with the slanted tip within the minute, while the texture is still soft, to create a smoky effect. Use it on its own for a discreet tightline, or as a base under a powder shadow for a more sculpted look. You can also define the lower line and blend it lightly for a very soft result.
