How to use it
Apply NEOGEN Slim Metal Mascara as the last step of your eye makeup. Work the root of the lashes first in a zigzag motion to lengthen and separate them, then stretch the formula to the tips. Use the tip of the brush to catch the small lashes from the inner corner and lower lashes, in a korean « lash-lift » way. Let dry for a few seconds before layering a second coat if you want more volume. Remove with an eye makeup remover.
