This Korean lifting ampoule from CENTELLIAN 24 comes in a 30 ml pump bottle. Its fluid texture is applied in a few drops after your toner and absorbs quickly, without a sticky feel. The bottle states “TECA 1,000 ppm”, “Retinol-Power Complex” and “Skin Radiance Effect”.
