All our packages have a real-time tracking code that will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. It will also be available on your MPC account. In case of delivery problems, your direct contact is FEDEX France because once the package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over it. Packages are generally shipped between 3 and 10 days after receipt of payment. Attention: The deadlines can be extended during the box sending period (between the 10th and the 16th of the month). Due to the new COVID wave in Korea, order preparation times have been extended.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible, orders placed with a KBeauty Box subscription are sent at the same time.

Regarding customs fees, we have a number IOSS:IM5280003650 which allows us to collect VAT and remit it every month to Europe. You will understand that all costs incurred are beyond our control and therefore the responsibility of the buyer.
